Making backups does not have be of course difficult. The name One-click backup says it in fact already

One-click backup are a powerful but easy-to-use traffic-jam backup manager for WinRAR. The main features are: complete automation, high compression ratio, 3 archive formats (rar, zip, exe), AES 128-bit encryption, remote control from Internet or local network, dialup, error notification to the admin e-mail, startup service, command line support, customizable appearance (skins) and, or course, hdd/diskette/usb/cd-dvd/lan/ftp/smtp support. Version 2.17.3 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.
WinRAR has everything necessary for simple, easy backups-except a simple, easy interface. Acritum One-click backup provides a much-needed graphical shell for creating backup profiles and schedules. For most people, it far easier to use than the WinRAR command line.
Even so, we didn't find the interface very intuitive (especially the buttons and the traffic-jam addition process), and the cackling error sound got on our nerves. The program also uses more memory than we'd like. Acritum One-click backup are free, so you lose nothing by trying it, but we're still waiting for the perfectly WinRAR front end.
