You also can view and extract individual e-mails inside the backup file without having to restore all emails first. Outlook Express Backup supports a wide selection of storage media; it can back up to hard-disk locations, LAN, FTP, CD, DVD, and removable devices. It also gives the user a choice among three backup modes: Normal Backup, Incremental Backup, and Mirror Backup. Version 6.5 is a bug fixing release.
